0 customer service not happy at all not…

0 customer service not happy at all not only that they cancel orders after weeks of waiting…. They offer 0 support on online orders… not a good company to buy from

NO HELP TO RETURN PARTS

If I could give RayBan.com customer service "zero" starts I would. It is horrible. I spent $72 in parts that were sent to me and they were the wrong parts, and I can't get anyone to help me get a return label to return them. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not order online, you will lose your money if you need to return the item.

Ray Ban has horrible customer service

Ray Ban has horrible customer service! I lost an ear sick and asked them to send me a replacement. They quoted a price of around $50! I bought 8 pairs on Amazon for $10 that work just fine. Would it have killed them to send me one ear sock? Now I will never buy Ray Bans again. For less than a dollar they lost a customer. Not a good business plan!

Great pair of specs

I purchased a pair of Rayban Clubmaster 'Club Round' 4246V brown tortoise shell frames. I always fancied them when I saw them being worn by others and I always liked the idea of wearing round specs. I bought the frames directly from Rayban and had my optician glaze them to my prescription, having got used to them, I now love wearing them. I opted for the small frames which fit well without jutting out from my face, they look great and feel really comfortable. They are a lovely snug fit and don't keep sliding down my nose as I have managed to have the nose pads adjusted by the optician so my specs fit perfectly. My pupils are level with the bridge of my nose, so the deep round shape is ideal and my varifocal lenses work perfectly. I have worn specs for years and I like my glasses to feel part of me and my Rayban Clubmasters with their sturdy frames and good quality manufacture certainly do.

People of colour and supporters of people of colour please read this review

I was sent a discount code by Luxottica for a pair of unrepairable sunglasses. I presented the email Luxottica sent to me to the first employee I met at the store. I explained the situation and asked was the discount code redeemable in store or only online. He asked me what did they email say? I gave him my phone so he could read the email himself. He said he didn’t need to read it and asked me what did the email say? I told him as I interpreted the email, I believed the 30% discount offered was redeemable in any Ray Ban store. He told me I was wrong. That discount codes are NOT redeemable in store. I told him politely but firmly he did not know what he was talking about. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the assistant manager.
It is my assertion this was a clear case of racial profiling. As a 6-foot 4 black man your employee took it upon himself to interpret the man and not the email which was worded and delivered by Luxottica. This incident left me felling angry, belittled, devalued and upset

Highly satisfied

I purchased aviator sunglasses about 6 years ago.
I’ve damaged the arms of the glasses after one year of use. I visited 3 different opticians which are selling ray ban glasses and asked for help to contact the manufacturer in order to repair the glasses. I didn’t get any help.
Last week after 5 years of my ray ban being in a draw I decided to contact ray ban customer service via the chat and the person on another end was amazing.
He/she spent probably half an hour to help me to choose the right color of the arms. The problem was that the color I needed was out of stock.
I just received the part and it’s perfect.
Thank you for good customer experience.

Ray-Ban.com Needs a Reboot

Ray-Ban.com needs to shut down and start over again with a new management team.

I ordered prescription sunglasses in Speckled Clubmaster frames with Blue Flash lenses. After placing the order, I uploaded my prescription but continued getting reminder messages about it. I chatted and spoke with customer service at least twice. They told me they were running behind on reviewing submitted prescriptions but confirmed they had indeed received mine. I finally received an email confirmation that my prescription was good to go two or three weeks later.

It took about a month to get my sunglasses. The Certificate of Authenticity showed my name, but the prescription data printed on the card was completely different than what I submitted. They made my sunglasses with someone else's prescription. To make matters worse, they installed standard brown lenses rather than the Blue Flash I ordered.

I submitted a review of this experience on their site, and a couple of days later, I got an email telling me it had been "moderated" and removed. Ray-Ban.com only allows you to review frames, not the service you received—what a joke. I suspect they outsource the prescription lenses but don't want to take responsibility for the failures of their vendor.

Ray-ban.com is doing great harm to the Ray-ban brand. I'll be looking elsewhere--probably Maui Jim.

The only things that kept this from being a one-star experience are the excellent quality of the Clubmaster frames and a quick refund from a responsive customer-service agent.

Rayban Stories - warranty claim review

Rayban Stories - just submitted a Warranty submission as the glasses stopped charging and hence no longer functional. Was a gift to take on holiday to capture memories with family members post covid. The Warranty claim is a bit cumbersome but I'm waiting to hear back and will update this review when Rayban decide what they should do. I'll include whether or not a replacement was sent and how good their customer service was in this area.

Worst customer service.

Worst customer service.

I ordered my glasses on 6th August and am supposed to get them by 11th. Still, I am not sure where they are. No refunds, no items. And Customer services is not contacting another worst shipping agency UPS.

How can we complain about them to European Consumer rights??
